  ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!! The guy they sent to my house couldn't figure out how to remove by wood burning stove, never did, and told me he swept the flue "up through the stove" which I know is a 100% impossibility. They never cleaned my other flue for the oil burner "because they didn't have time." I called, told them I wasn't satisfied because the person they sent never cleaned the stove flue or the oil flue. They literally provided NO service at all. They never cleaned a thing. I refused to pay their bill until they actually rendered a service, and they went and reported the unpaid bill to the credit bureaus to hurt my credit score. These people are literally the scum of the earth.

  I've had one of their techs, Chris, service our pellet stove for the last 5 years. Extremely knowledgeable and always gets us back up and running after and issue.
