- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 02, 2020, by Colleen O'NeillWe ordered a refrigerator that was on sale. We received an email saying that there was "an issue" with our payment via paypal. We called customer service and they said we had "until midnight today" to fix the issue. We called paypal and they stated to us there was no issue with payment and emailed us a confirmation of the "sale". However JCP STILL canceled the order...so we decided to REORDER it...but found that the price had GONE UP BY $150.00 in one day! The old bait and switch by JCP...they didn't want to honor their advertised price so they lied about us having a payment issue.
