  Very bad service. I ordered a coat and chose to pick up in the Northshore Store. The item arrived in the store after 3 days. But the staff didn't scan the item，so after 9 days I still cannot pick up the item. Even though I contacted the staff by phone many times, it was useless. Really unsatisfied with the bad service. And never choose to pick up items in this store!

  Somehow I've lived under a rock and never heard of this store. Walking through the mall I saw it and was drawn in. I picked up a sample of basic cloths to try it out. Pair of underwear, under shirt, and 4 pair of colored socks was about $22. They seem like they are good quality and the price is right. If they wear well I will have a new favorite clothing store.
